The team was accommodating to specific dietary needs, a rare find. Staff were attentive, providing reassurance throughout our visit. The hotel provided direct access to multiple theme parks, offering varied entertainment. The pool area was well-kept, including ample leisure space.
The coffee cups in the room were paper, not fitting for a hotel of this class.

The resort includes multiple pools and a lazy river , all very well maintained. There are several different recreational options for all ages, offering something for everyone. The access to the theme parks is easy and convenient.

Wonderful Stay!

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. They have small juice corners, a very good extra. I enjoyed the fish feedings and different shows throughout the day. The place is super fun for kids and adults.
Everything was great, but the breakfast room required cleaning. The tables were sticky, not very appealing first thing in the morning. I had to ask them for help.

The staff at the hotel provided smooth, enjoyable service. Mr Kumar really were pretty good during check-in. He addressed issues with professionalism. he was very friendly. He set a tone for really good service throughout the whole stay.

The room was immaculate and well-kept. I upgraded after a few nights for extra space. The family suite was great. It was spacious. They provided a kids toilet seat. a step for my child to reach the sink.

Fantastic Family Holiday Destination

The rooms are spacious and well-kept. I liked the resort a lot. Staff members were always courteous and helpful. The overall experience was comfortable and relaxing. I used the complimentary beach access at Sheraton JBR and enjoyed the free shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates.
The buggy service at times experienced delays, especially during peak hours.

The restaurant had many choices, with options for everyone. Breakfast included a vast buffet. I saw chefs frequently checking to ensure guests enjoyed their meals and could make anything they wanted. The food tasted amazing.

unprofessional staff
The food outside of room service disappointed me. i tried all the restaurants, but the food was subpar. Prices remained high though. the room service staff seemed unprofessional, despite my tips. for example, dirty dishes stayed in my room for 24 hours. breakfast also offered horrible food quality even the staff did their best.
